It\u2019s much better to plan more carefully and not just rely on how you feel, especially when it is dark out,\u201d he said. \u201cFigure it out in advance and stick with the plan.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"Textbody\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 34.5pt;\"><i><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;\"><strong>NOTE<\/strong> &#8211; Dark out at 5&#8230;..\u00a0 really sucks\u00a0 unless you have bad skin and live for the night.\u00a0 Oh the good old days when I lived for both the early morning and the night.\u00a0 And the afternoon and dusk and twilight&#8230;.Sigh&#8230;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"Textbody\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 34.5pt;\"><i><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;\">In addition, Sharp says in the weeks after Daylight Saving, some may feel like they have a bigger appetite.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"Textbody\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 34.5pt;\"><i>\u201c<\/i><i><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;\">Eating more during this time is not the answer.
