\nfrustration over having to learn a new computer program
\nfor work.\u00a0 He felt extremely pressured lacking
\nconfidence in his ability to master the new program and

\nbe a highly effective procedure for stimulating the
\nlearning process, increasing motivation, establishing
\nbeneficial study habits, boosting confidence, reducing
\nstudy and examination tensions and accessing memory!

\nvirtually any information that it desires to remember.
\nThe most important word in the process is DESIRE.

\nhabits and procedures detrimental to learning and to
