   As My adoration of Sherlock Holmes reveals, accomplished people turn Me on……  That’s why some of My blog posts

  will be dedicated to Women I consider the cream of the crop.

  This series, as I call it will be called:

  A GOOD WOMAN Makes it HARD TO RESIST

  From the world of fiction.

  Like Sherlock Holmes you’ve come to recognize that a remarkable Woman can exquisitely exercise ever-increasingly and positively transforming influences, control, domination, and inspiration upon even the most powerful and strongwilled of men.

  “The Problem of Thor Bridge” is a Sherlock Holmes murder mystery by Arthur Conan Doyle.

  Note how Grace Dunbar sublimely transformed the gold king  J. Neil Gibson in this story titled “The Problem of Thor Bridge”.

  And how many men would find it quite easy to be swayed by the charms and character of a Lady like Miss Dunbar who is described in the two quotes below?

  “I had expected from all that we had heard to see a beautiful woman, but I can never forget the effect which Miss Dunbar produced upon me. It was no wonder that even the masterful millionaire had found in her something more powerful than himself — something which could control and guide him.

  One felt, too, as one looked at the strong, clear-cut, and yet sensitive face, that even should she be capable of some impetuous deed, none the less there was an innate nobility of character which would make her influence always for the good.”

  “She was a brunette, tall, with a noble figure and commanding presence, but her dark eyes had in them the appealing, helpless expression of the hunted creature who feels the nets around it, but can see no way out from the toils.

  We/we have seen that:  A good Woman can motivate a self-centered, ruthless man to move onto the path of empathy, altruism, etc.

  I DON’T BELIEVE IN THAT

  *  Many times I’ve heard people say something like this:

  +  “I don’t believe in so and so.”

  Or

  +  “I don’t believe such and such can affect me.”

  Consider this.  One of the first microscopes was made in 1590 in the Netherlands. 

  Until the microscope’s invention, humanity had no way to directly perceive the existence of anything too small to be seen with the naked (I know what you’re fantasizing about) eye.

  Question:  Was anyone ever influenced in any way by any microorganism before the microscope existed?

  So far as what does or doesn’t exist is concerned, and regarding the question “Can a particular thing influence someone who doesn’t believe in that “things” existence?” goes:  I believe The Immortal Bard said it best:

  +  “There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.”

  When it comes to figuring out whether or not something is real or determining if a particular item can exercise any degree of influence over someone I find the following helpful..
  

  +  As Sherlock Holmes said, “When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.”

  +  “Occam’s razor.”

  So how does this apply to hypnosis and whether it actually exists and is REAL or as some believe….NOT!
