+  CONTROL and DOMINATION are exercised by the Dominant upon the sub.  INFLUENCE or INSPIRATION can flow one way or in both directions.
+  If interactions between the Dominant and the submissive end, as time passes INFLUENCE, CONTROL, and DOMINATION frequently become weaker. 

However, so long as the sub chooses to think of (remember) the Dominant – INSPIRATION may spring up and come forth at any moment.
