I write, I read, I look at all the manipulations and stories that even smell like mind control. “Brave New World” is bookmarked. I know the disclaimer: “Life isn’t really like this. This is fiction.” But something happened last week—and I hope it will happen again next week—that gives me reason to test my own understanding of that reality. I found the site while I was chasing links. It opened with an artist’s depiction of a pair of obviously-feminine green eyes staring directly at me. That I liked! And I felt something stirring below my belt.
