$$$  Frances took her wealth, social connections, and her avocations and combined them to do some groundbreaking things..

$$$  In 1931, Mrs. Glessner Lee endowed the Harvard Department of Legal Medicine–which was the first one of its

kind in the United States.

$$$  A friend of her brother’s, George Burgess Magrath became Frances’s ally in encouraging the introduction and

acceptance of medical examiners and forensic pathology across the US.

 VAMPIRES, VAMPS & VA VA VOOM! A vampire, like Bram Stoker’s Dracula, is an undead human who feeds on the blood of the living.
