THE BAD BREAK UP STRIKES BACK AGAIN
Greetings:

In a classic “Seinfeld” episode –  Elaine Benes is newly dating Alan Mercer–a man whose dating relationships all end very badly for him.

Below is an excerpt from this show about Alan’s bad break ups:
* * * * * * * * * *
ELAINE: (Leans in close) Between you and me, what happened there with the stabbing?

ALAN: Just.. one of those things, you know.

ELAINE: What? Was she just so crazy in love with you that she just couldn’t take it anymore? Or..?

ALAN: I don’t know. Could be.

(A woman, Carol, passes. She stops infront of Elaine and Alan’s table)

CAROL: Alan?!

ALAN: Carol?

(Carol grabs his hot coffee, and throws it in his face, then storms off. Alan screams from the pain)

ELAINE: (Gets up, pointing after Carol) Was that the one?! Was that the one who stabbed you?!

ALAN: (Between screams) No, that was a different girl.

(Elaine looks confused. Scene ends)

[Setting: Coffee shop]

JERRY: There was another crazed ex-girlfriend?

ELAINE: Right, so, I called my friend, you know – the one who set us up – I found out, he’s a bad-breaker-upper.

JERRY: Mmm.. Bad how?

ELAINE: (Fast) Well, you know when you break up, how you say things you don’t mean? Well, he says the mean things you don’t mean, but he means them.

JERRY: (Nods) I follow. So what are you gonna do?

ELAINE: Dump him. I can’t be with someone who doesn’t break up nicely. I mean, to me, that’s one of the most important parts of a relationship.

JERRY: (Agreeing) What’s more important?

(Elaine shrugs, then Jerry shrugs, then Elaine, then they both get into sort of a shrug-off)

It’s been widely believed that roughly 50% of all marriages will end because of divorce.  And most romantic relationships don’t get to the marriage stage.  And as the Seinfeld episode excerpt above sharply points out, all too many of the ways some individuals end at least one of their once loving partnerships take the word “TERMINATE” to an unhealthy level and a violent outcome.

So, here’s what I’m looking for some fine feedback on:
???  If  your Mistress disappears because Her life is busy enough or full enough without you,  Or if She stops liking you or having use for you.
WHAT THEN?

???  If you have convinced yourself that She apparently saved your life because you were in such despair… when the job of being your savior, or anyone else’s, is really up to somebody/something  Bigger than you and I, then what do you do if or when your time with Her comes to an end?

???  How can someone swooning in their place in a totally intense BDSM, D&S, hedonistically hypnotic, etc relationship get the necessary reality check when the fantasy feels sooooooo very real?

  THIS MIDDLE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL SHOULD OBEY HYPNODOMMES

  Hello, E/everyone:
  I had considered for My blog….discussing the dangers of penis-munching cannibal zombie hookers prowling around out there….Hmmmm….

  But instead (I’ve come to My senses or lost them again)  : ) ….. I’ve decided to mention a particular middle school principal who I think could definitely learn some priceless lessons from the values of the inraptured community.

  Ipswich Middle School’s Principal David Fabrizio unilaterally decided to cancel the school’s honors night this year.  To explain this change, he wrote to parents that,

  “The Honors Night, which can be a great sense of pride for the recipients’ families, can also be devastating to a child who has worked extremely hard in a difficult class but who, despite growth, has not been able to maintain a high grade point average,”

  I  feel that:
  +  Anything that’s worth doing should always be done as well as it can be.

  +  Excellence in anything worthwhile should be praised and rewarded.

  +  Excellence is a goal worth striving for with all one’s might. And achieving yoru personal best and acknowledging it may be your only reward at times.

  The Dominants I respect do Their best to always be the best in everything they do.  And Each of Us wants to influence, control, dominate, and inspire the best fans, followers, subbies, servants, slaves, and so on that We can find, interact with, and connect to.  I know that when someone in My thrall evolves, excels, etc–it is a real turn-on for Me.
  

  And I also strongly believe that Dominants aren’t the only folks in the D&S realms for whom seeking exquisite partners is a worthy goal. 
  

  IMO, each non-dominant is entitled to seek out the best Dominant(s) for them.  Naturally, how excellence or what is deemed the best is determined is something each individual figures out for themselves.
