The Birthday Gift

Dearest, Most Divine and Irresistible Goddess,

i composed a story as a gift for Your upcoming birthday, and submitted it on Your site. As usual, i found embarrassing errors on reading it over. An improved and corrected draft is copied below and attached to this message. i hope that plans for the celebration of Your birthday proceed apace, and that this message finds You blissfully content, despite the many trying experiences that You have endured in recent months.

Yours adoringly,

The Birthday Gift

*A story in anticipation of Goddess Marquesa’s Birthday on July 1

Goddess Marquesa looked at the young woman seated cross-legged across from her, lounging in one of the plush chairs in the Goddess’s parlor as if she owned it. The guest’s chestnut-auburn hair was pulled back in a neat ponytail, she wore a tight-fitting red satin dress, cut low to emphasize her ample breasts and short to expose her long, shapely legs. One black stiletto heel dangled from her right foot as she allowed her calf to bob lazily from her knee, as if determined to project unself-conscious ease. Read more…

THE TRAINING SESSION

She closed the baize-covered sound-proof door gently, listening to the steady drone of his voice over the driving beat of the tape.  She felt the return of a flood of excitement & recollection.  She moved quietly on the strip of black carpet to her ‘throne’ on the raised dais, & sat – looking down at the naked man sitting upright on his ‘training chair’ in front of her – eyes shut, as he chanted his litany of subservience. The Single Man’s Dilemma part 1

This is a story of the dilemma facing many single men as we are about to end the 1990’s (we’d much prefer not to call them the “gay” nineties though, at times, that seems to be the trend! Instead, let’s look forward to the 21st century, the beginning of the era of Womankind!) Our story depicts what we see as very typical experiences of single men as they have been in the eighties, and still are, in the nineties. The only difference is that there is a happy ending for Rod, our hero. He is able to come to terms with his true inner nature that is opposed by the cross currents he finds in the “norms” of everyday society around him. Alas, most young single men never achieve Rod’s inner peace, nor do many of them understand how to solve their problem–let alone do they even have the foggiest notion of what their problems are!

Rod is a single young man–a “yuppie” who was raised in Orange County, CA. He now lives in a home he rents, along with two other roommates, in the hills facing on the San Fernando Valley. Hollywood lies below these same hills on the other side. Rod works for a brokerage firm in Beverly Hills. Read more…

ROCKETMAN

West of the Centre of Los Angeles, not far from LAX Airport and Marina Del Rey was Langourie tower. It was an imposing 30 floored structure. Perched on its top floor was a huge diamond-like structure which moved around at night bathing the ground below in flickering, mesmerising scintillas of coloured light.

It was the headquarters of the Langourie media empire. This up and coming corporate heavyweight had massively grown into a now formidable body encompassing some 20 smaller organisations with offices in London, Paris, Rome, Madrid, Tokyo, Berlin, Prague and a brand new branch in Beijing. Read more…
